Digital Reading & Printing Access

Controlled access to approved BACCHHO reading materials, local printing, knowledge transfer, and legacy copies. All digital reading and printing access must be controlled, authorised, and properly recorded.

Digital Access Purpose

Digital Reading Access supports reading culture, Reading Cell discussions, self-study, enterprise and stewardship planning, evidence submission, community knowledge transfer, and controlled preparation of printable learning materials.

Digital access does not give unrestricted permission to copy, edit, print, sell, translate, upload, distribute, or republish BACCHHO materials.

Why Printing Must Be Controlled

Uncontrolled printing can cause poor-quality copies, misleading versions, unauthorised editing, copyright abuse, and false claims about benefits. Controlled printing protects learners, schools, parents, sponsors, partners, authors, and the programme itself.

Controlled Digital Access Rules

Do not share private login details

Do not upload materials to public websites without permission

Do not circulate PDFs through unauthorised WhatsApp groups or social media

Do not edit approved materials without permission

Do not translate materials for public use without approval

Do not remove copyright notices or BACCHHO/PALIVI identity marks

Do not sell unauthorised digital copies

Do not print without permission where printing approval is required

Do not claim ownership of BACCHHO materials

Approved Printing Purposes

School library copies

Reading Cell discussion copies

Parent engagement copies

Coordinator reference copies

Sponsor-supported learner packs

Community knowledge-transfer copies

Legacy copies

Evidence and reporting templates

Printing approval must specify whether copies are for personal study, school use, resale, sponsorship, gift-forward distribution, or community knowledge transfer.

Legacy Copies

A Legacy Copy is a personalised approved copy of a BACCHHO reading material or guide. It may include the learner name, school name, Reading Cell name, participant ID, photo (with consent), personal stewardship message, parent or sponsor dedication, and school recognition statement.

Legacy Copies turn reading into memory, identity, discipline, and responsibility — supporting intergenerational knowledge transfer.

Legacy Copy Rules

  • Must not alter the core message of BACCHHO
  • Must not remove copyright notices, disclaimers, or safeguards
  • Must not include false claims, political messages, or commercial promises
  • Must not include misleading endorsements or unauthorised institutional logos
  • Where learner is a minor: use of photo, name, or testimony requires parent consent, school approval, and data protection compliance

Minimum Sale-Forward Safeguards

Sale-forward activity is a learning and knowledge-transfer exercise — not an investment scheme, employment scheme, or guaranteed income scheme.

Copies must be authorised
Prices must be approved or guided
Minors must be supervised
No pressure selling is allowed
No false promises are allowed
No unauthorised editing is allowed
No unauthorised digital sharing is allowed
No political or exploitative use is allowed
Receipts or records should be kept where practical
The activity must remain educational and ethical

Contribution Recovery Through Approved Printing

Where authorised, a learner may be guided to recover part or all of the participation contribution through approved sale-forward activity. This is not guaranteed. It depends on effort, communication, local demand, printing cost, school support, parent guidance, buyer willingness, and programme authorisation. Participants must never promise buyers financial returns, asset rights, scholarships, jobs, land, market access, or investment benefits.

Request Printing Authorisation

All printing must be authorised before it takes place. Submit your printing request through the approved channel.
