28. Data Protection and Privacy
The school shall protect all learner, parent, sponsor, coordinator, and chapter data collected for programme purposes.
Data may be collected for:
Registration.
Consent.
Participation records.
Evidence verification.
Recognition.
Safeguarding.
Reporting.
Registry management.
Programme improvement.
The school shall ensure that:
Only necessary data is collected.
Records are stored securely.
Learner data is protected.
Public verification uses limited information.
Photos and videos are used only with consent.
Personal data is not shared with unauthorised persons.
Sensitive information is handled carefully.
Data is used only for legitimate programme purposes.
29. Media, Photography, and Publicity
The school shall not publish learner photographs, videos, testimonies, names, or personal details without proper consent.
Media use must comply with:
Parent or guardian consent.
Learner assent where appropriate.
School rules.
Programme media policy.
Data protection requirements.
Safeguarding requirements.
Publicity must be accurate and must not create false impressions of guaranteed benefits, financial returns, employment, scholarships, asset ownership, or official partnerships.
30. Intellectual Property Protection
The school shall respect the intellectual property of BACCHHO, PALIVI Club, PALIV Trust, authors, partners, and approved content owners.
The school shall not:
Copy materials without authorisation.
Print materials without approval.
Translate materials without approval.
Upload materials publicly without approval.
Sell materials outside authorised terms.
Remove copyright notices.
Alter approved content without permission.
Use logos, marks, certificates, or badges without approval.
Claim ownership of programme materials.
Misrepresent the programme concept.
Authorised knowledge transfer is encouraged, but unauthorised copying, distortion, or commercial exploitation is prohibited.
31. Financial Integrity
All school-level financial activity connected to the programme must be transparent, documented, and consistent with approved policies.
This includes:
Participation contributions.
Book payments.
Printing contributions.
Sponsorship funds.
Fundraising activities.
Sale of authorised copies.
Support for learning assets.
Recognition or event support.
The school shall keep basic records of funds received and used for programme-related purposes.
No person may collect money using the BACCHHO or PALIVI Club name without authorisation.
No person may present programme contributions as investments, shares, deposits for future profit, dividend rights, or guaranteed financial benefits.
32. Non-Investment and Non-Guarantee Statement
School participation in BACCHHO and PALIVI Club creates access to learning, Reading Cells, structure, evidence systems, recognition, and possible progression eligibility.
It does not create automatic rights to:
Assets.
Jobs.
Scholarships.
Profits.
Dividends.
Ownership.
Land.
Market access.
Loans.
Grants.
Travel.
Sponsorship.
Investment returns.
Future business opportunities.
All opportunities are subject to readiness, verification, safeguarding, resources, institutional approval, legal compliance, and programme terms.
33. Prohibited Conduct
A participating school, coordinator, patron, learner, parent, sponsor, ambassador, or supporter shall not:
Make unauthorised promises of jobs, scholarships, assets, income, markets, travel, profits, dividends, or investment returns.
Collect unauthorised money.
Misuse learner data.
Publish learner media without consent.
Print or distribute materials without approval.
Alter programme materials without permission.
Use learners for unsafe labour.
Pressure minors financially.
Misrepresent recognition points as money, shares, or investment units.
Claim unauthorised partnership status.
Use the programme for political exploitation.
Undermine safeguarding rules.
Submit false evidence.
Misuse sponsor funds.
Damage programme reputation through false claims or misconduct.
34. Suspension or Withdrawal
A school’s participation may be suspended or withdrawn if the school or its representatives:
Breach safeguarding requirements.
Misuse programme materials.
Make unauthorised financial promises.
Submit false evidence.
Misuse learner data.
Publish media without consent.
Collect unauthorised funds.
Fail to report serious incidents.
Misrepresent the programme.
Refuse to comply with corrective guidance.
Create reputational, legal, financial, or safeguarding risk.
Suspension or withdrawal may be temporary or permanent depending on the seriousness of the breach.
35. Reinstatement
A suspended school may be considered for reinstatement if it:
Corrects the identified breach.
Submits required explanations or reports.
Provides assurance of future compliance.
Replaces unsuitable coordinators where necessary.
Addresses safeguarding or data protection concerns.
Accepts additional monitoring where required.
Reinstatement is not automatic.
36. School Onboarding Sequence
The standard school onboarding sequence shall be:
School receives programme information.
Headteacher reviews the programme.
School submits expression of interest.
School completes registration.
Headteacher nominates coordinator and teacher patron.
School receives orientation.
Parents and guardians are informed.
Learners register.
Parent or guardian consent is collected where required.
Reading Cells are formed.
Reading materials are accessed through approved channels.
Local printing is requested where needed.
School chapter is confirmed.
Reading and discussion begin.
Evidence records are maintained.
First school report is submitted.
Recognition and progression eligibility are reviewed.
Practical learning or symbolic assets may be considered where approved.
37. Minimum Launch Conditions
A school should not launch active learner participation until the following minimum conditions are met:
Headteacher approval.
Coordinator or teacher patron appointed.
Learner registration process prepared.
Parent or guardian consent process prepared.
Approved reading materials access arranged.
Reading Cell structure prepared.
Safeguarding responsibilities understood.
Evidence templates available.
Non-investment and non-guarantee position communicated.
Reporting process agreed.
38. Review and Amendment
This policy may be reviewed periodically to improve safeguarding, clarity, implementation, evidence standards, digital access, reporting, intellectual property protection, and school support.
Any amendment must remain consistent with the BACCHHO–PALIVI Club Master Doctrine.
39. Binding Policy Statement
All participating schools, coordinators, teacher patrons, learners, parents, sponsors, ambassadors, and school-linked supporters must comply with this School Onboarding Policy.
Where a school document, verbal statement, promotional message, or local arrangement conflicts with this policy, this policy shall prevail unless formally amended by authorised programme leadership.
40. Closing Statement
The school onboarding process exists to help schools form disciplined readers, responsible learners, practical thinkers, future stewards, and community knowledge-transfer leaders.
BACCHHO begins with books, Reading Cells, planning, evidence, recognition, safeguarding, and disciplined participation.
PALIVI Club provides the long-term structure for organising serious members, chapters, stewards, custodians, sponsors, and progression pathways.
A school joins the programme to strengthen learning, food security awareness, climate and environmental responsibility, land and legacy stewardship, value addition, market-readiness, jobs-readiness, community service, and social-economic transformation under safe and lawful programme governance.
