Simple Evidence Requirements Guide

The minimum evidence required to confirm registration, participation, Reading Cell activity, recognition eligibility, sponsor reporting, and programme advancement under BACCHHO and PALIVI Club.

Core Evidence Principle

No evidence, no verified recognition. A person may register, pay, sponsor, attend, or express interest — but active, verified, recognised, or advanced participation must be supported by evidence.

Purpose & Core Principle

Document Title

BACCHHO–PALIVI Club Simple Evidence Requirements Guide

Purpose

Defines the minimum evidence required to confirm registration, participation, Reading Cell activity, chapter activity, knowledge transfer, recognition eligibility, sponsor reporting, symbolic asset registration, and programme advancement.

Evidence Position

BACCHHO is an evidence-based learning and stewardship pathway. Participation must be supported by simple, sufficient, truthful, dated, and verifiable evidence. Recognition and progression must not be based on claims alone.

Core Principle

No evidence, no verified recognition. Evidence does not need to be complicated. It must be clear enough to show what was done, who participated, when it happened, where it happened, and who verified it.

Sections 5

Evidence Standards

Simple

Easy for learners, schools, parents, sponsors, and community chapters to prepare.

Sufficient

Adequate to show that the activity actually happened.

Truthful

Free from false claims, exaggeration, forged records, or misleading presentation.

Dated

Showing when the activity occurred.

Linked to Participants

Showing the learner, Reading Cell, school, chapter, sponsor, or activity involved.

Verified

Confirmed by a responsible coordinator, teacher patron, parent, custodian, or authorised programme representative where required.

Safeguarding-Compliant

Protecting children, personal data, privacy, dignity, and consent.

Properly Stored

Kept in a school file, chapter file, digital folder, registry system, or approved evidence archive.

Sections 7–8

Registration & Consent Evidence

Registration Evidence

Completed Learner, School, Reading Cell, Parent/Guardian Consent, and Sponsor Registration Forms. Participant ID, school or chapter ID, date of registration, coordinator confirmation. Registration alone does not prove active participation.

Parent/Guardian Consent

Signed consent forms (participation, media, practical activity, travel). Must include parent name, contact, learner name, date, scope of consent, and school coordinator confirmation. Consent must be stored securely.

Sections 9–16

Participation Evidence Types
