Public vs Private Records

What the Public May See

The Registry must protect privacy, especially for children. Public verification shows only limited information such as: Registry reference number, School name, Participation category, Status category, Recognition level, and Certificate or badge validity.

What the Public Should Not See

The public Registry should not show full personal data of minors, home addresses, private phone numbers, sensitive family information, full dates of birth, financial contribution details, unreviewed evidence files, or photos of minors without proper consent.

Verification Actions

The BACCHHO Registry exists to protect trust. It helps confirm whether a participation record, certificate, or symbolic stewardship asset has been properly recorded.
